By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

• Acceptance of Terms: By using our website and services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
• Modification of Terms: Faithful Frenchies reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.

2. Services

• Stud Services: Our stud services include the use of our male French Bulldogs for breeding purposes. Additional services may be included based on the client’s location, as detailed on our website.
• Stud Fees and Payment: The total cost for stud services is $2000 but may vary. A $1000 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks after the puppies are born. Clients paying in full upfront will receive a $500 discount. If final payment is not made, Faithful Frenchies reserves the right to decline AKC registration for the litter.
• Puppy Fees and Payments: The total cost for puppies varies on several factors. This includes color, confirmation, sex, and bloodline. Typically, our puppies start at $3500. All puppies require a $500 deposit to reserve that puppy. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery or pickup. If the puppy is to be deliverd, an additional fee of $500 is due at the time of puppy reservation. (Additional terms can be found on the Delivery Policy page)

3. Health and Breeding

• Health Screening: All our dogs undergo health screenings to ensure they are free from genetic disorders and fit for breeding.
• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their female dog is healthy and ready for breeding. We recommend consulting a veterinarian for a pre-breeding health check.
• Artificial Insemination: For local clients, we offer progesterone testing, semen collection, artificial insemination, and an ultrasound for pregnancy confirmation. Non-local clients receive semen collection and same-day or next-day shipping.
• Puppy Health: Faithful Frenchies makes every reasonable effort to ensure the health and safety of our puppies. All puppies come with a one-year health guarantee and first set of puppy shots (at minimum). (Additional information can be found in the Puppy Purchase Contract)

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Deposit Refund: Deposits are non-refundable, if the breeding does not result in pregnancy or produces less than three live puppies, a repeat service is offered at no additional cost to the same bitch. (Additional terms can be found in the Stud Contract)
• Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel services at any time. Cancellations forfeit the deposit for the scheduled services.
• All puppy deposits and shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Liability

• No Guarantee of Results: While we take every precaution to ensure successful breeding, we cannot guarantee pregnancy or the number of puppies.
• Limitation of Liability: Faithful Frenchies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Privacy

• Client Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
• Photography and Testimonials: By using our services, you consent to the use of photos and testimonials for marketing purposes.

7. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
