Our dogs are so much more to us than show pieces. They are our beloved pets and a big part of our family. When naming our dogs, we decided a long time ago to give them religious or saints’ names to give testament to our strong Catholic faith. ”Mena” our Boston Terrier pet is named for Saint Philomena. “Prudence” our daughter’s fawn Frenchie, is named for one of the virtues, a virtue we strive to attain. And little “Lucy” of course is named in honor of  Saint Lucy, whose name means “light” also “clear and radiant” a name that befits both the Saint and our cream Frenchie.

These are our Faithful Frenchies. The name also perfectly describes ”man’s best friend” and also the wonderful French Bulldog breed itself. For they are nothing if not “faithful”. We hope you will visit ”The Abbey” to the right of your screen and see what Faithful Frenchies is all about!
